# Airline Profile: Tours

The profile's **Tours & Awards** tab shows tours published by the airline and your progress in any tour you joined. It is different from the global [Virtual Airlines Tours](./tours) library, although both lead to the same tour details.

## Tour cards

A card can show its cover image, state, operating airline, title, description, number of legs, total distance in NM, badge, and remaining days. When you are enrolled, it can also show completed legs and an **In Progress** or **Completed** label.

Open a card to see the route map, ordered leg list, allowed aircraft types, enrollment and progress, and other enrolled pilots. A **Sequence** tour unlocks legs in order; **Any order** lets you choose any pending leg.

## Join and book a leg

1. Open an active tour.
2. Select **Join Tour** and confirm.
3. Select an available leg.
4. Choose **Book this leg**.
5. Confirm the route, operating airline, tour context, and eligible aircraft types in Dispatch.
6. Finish the booking and fly it from My Flights.

Completed and accepted flights update tour progress automatically. If a tour flight is already reserved or active, finish or cancel it in My Flights before booking another leg. **Leave Tour** preserves completed legs but pauses new progress until you join again.

## Requirements

Anyone can read the tab without joining the airline. Joining requires an active membership, and booking also requires an eligible aircraft, valid route, available operating day, and all Dispatch checks.

A published tour can contain 1–100 legs and 1–500 eligible aircraft types. Tours can be active, upcoming, or ended. Ended tours may remain visible for pilots who already enrolled or have progress.

## Awards

The same tab can show custom awards created by the airline. These are informational on the public profile; they are different from a tour badge and have no join or booking action here.

If a tour or its map cannot load, return to the tour library or reload the profile. A profile-wide loading failure can hide this tab even when the tour data itself is intact.
