# Manage Airline: Management History

**Management history** is a read-only record of administrative and system changes affecting an airline. Use it to understand what changed, when it changed, who or what initiated it, and why a reason was recorded.

## Open Management history

1. Open an active airline from **Airlines**.
2. Open its profile and select **Manage airline**.
3. Select **Management history** in the management header.

Management history is available to active members of the relevant group with history access. Owners, Managers, and Pilots Managers normally receive it. Custom roles depend on their assigned access. This is not the same as the **Audit** label sometimes used in People, and it is not a flight or finance history.

## Read a history entry

Each entry can show:

* the action;
* the area or item affected;
* the reason, when one was supplied;
* the person who made the change, when available;
* whether the change was made automatically;
* the source area;
* date and time.

Expand an entry to compare **Previous details** and **Updated details**. The page focuses on the information needed to understand what changed.

History can include changes to identity and profile content, banners and assets, groups and memberships, routes and schedules, fleet and leases, flights and results, finance and settlements, tours, and integrations.

## Search and filter

Use the available controls for:

* free-text search;
* action type;
* start date;
* end date.

Select **Apply** to run the filters and **Clear** to return to the unfiltered list. Search is useful for actions, affected areas, reasons, and source labels. The current search does not reliably match the visible name of the person who made the change.

The **Management activity** chart summarizes the last 30 days by People, Operations, Fleet, Finance, Network, and Other. The chart is a separate summary and does not change when the table filters are applied.

## Pages and limits

The history list shows 20 entries per page. Use **Previous** and **Next** to browse the available record. Search text and action filters have a practical length limit, and the activity chart is limited to its recent 30-day window.

The list may take a short time to reflect a new change. The page does not provide an export to CSV, JSON, or PDF, and it has no edit, delete, review, or recovery action for a history entry.

## Groups and scope

Some management data is shared at group level while operating airlines keep their own schedules, fleet, and performance. The history query is scoped to the selected airline. It is not a consolidated audit of every operating airline in the group. Review each relevant airline context when investigating a group-wide change.

## Empty, loading, and error states

During the initial load, the page shows placeholder rows. If no entries match the current filters, clear or broaden the filters. If there is no history yet, the same empty state can appear.

If the page cannot load, return to Manage airline and open it again or reload the page. There is currently no dedicated history retry button. Follow the recovery instruction shown by the page.
