Career Scoring Effects
Career Mode uses FlyHub flight scoring as part of progression. For the full scoring guide, read Scoring and XP. This page explains what the score affects specifically in Career Mode. What Career score can affect
Career flight score can affect:- Training progress.
- Type-rating pass or fail.
- Weekly performance reviews.
- Strikes.
- Line check results.
- Reputation.
- Promotion readiness.
- Job market attractiveness.
- Future offers.
- Career logbook history.
Training
Training contracts require a minimum average score. If your training average is below the contract requirement, you can fail the training program. Always check the contract before starting. Starter difficulty and offer type can change the required average. See Career Type Ratings and Training.Weekly performance
Active-duty Career flying is reviewed weekly. If the weekly average is below 7.5/10, you can receive a strike. Two strikes in one month can lead to termination unless protection applies. See Career Compliance.Line checks
Line checks are stricter than normal flights. A line check must score greater than 9.0/10 to pass. Failing a line check can ground you until you complete the required recovery action.Fatigue penalties
If you fly too many Career flights in a short period, FlyHub can apply a fatigue penalty. Current fatigue rule: after more than 20 Career flights in 48 hours, additional Career flights can receive a 3-point score penalty. This can damage training, line checks, weekly performance, and reputation. Do not schedule a line check during fatigue pressure.Offline tracking
Offline Career flights still need the required check-ins and debrief information. Offline scoring depends on the information you enter, the required checkpoints, plausibility, punctuality, and trust. For the full guide, see Manual and Offline Mode.Online tracking
Online tracking gives FlyHub telemetry data from supported simulator setups. That telemetry can score the flight with more detail, including aircraft handling, landing, speed, altitude, lights, altimeter, route behavior, and other flight events. For setup and use, see Online Tracking.Good Career score habits
- Use the correct tracking mode.
- Do the required offline check-ins if flying offline.
- Generate or import the OFP when needed.
- Start near the origin airport.
- Avoid rushing setup.
- Avoid fatigue penalties.
- Treat training flights and line checks like serious evaluations.
- Review the flight entry after completion to see what affected the score.
