Career Leaderboards

Career Leaderboards compare pilots who have completed setup. Each Career save with completed setup is listed independently, including saves that are currently paused. Use this page to see how your Career progress compares to other pilots.

Career Leaderboards can show two rankings:

What each row shows

Leaderboard rows can show:

• Rank.
• Pilot name.
• Avatar or initials.
• Current airline.
• Current role.
• Bank balance or Career XP.
• Career hours.
• Completed assignments.

Clicking a pilot opens the exact pilot and save represented by that row. Viewing the profile does not change your active Career save.

Your rank

The top bar can show your rank for the selected leaderboard. If you do not appear, you may need to complete onboarding or complete more Career activity.

Important notes

• Bank balance reflects current Career funds, not lifetime income.
• Career XP is based on Career Mode flights.
• Only pilots who have completed Career onboarding appear.
• One account can appear more than once when it has multiple Career saves with completed setup.
• Each row’s stats, profile, Passport, achievements, and type ratings belong to that save.
• Career leaderboards are separate from Free Flight leaderboards.

Common mistakes

• Comparing bank balance to lifetime earnings. They are not the same.
• Expecting Free Flight XP to count here.
• Expecting to appear before completing Career onboarding.
• Forgetting that loans, expenses, purchases, and property decisions can change bank ranking.
