Career Troubleshooting

Use this page when Career Mode blocks an action or something looks missing.

Dispatch is locked

Check for:
  • No active employer.
  • Pending contract.
  • Active training.
  • Medical grounding.
  • Line check grounding.
  • Pending Career flights.
  • Current location issue.
  • Unresolved resignation or transfer state.
Read the lock message in the app first. It usually names the blocker.

My flights are missing

Career assignments usually do not go straight from Dispatch to My Flights. Check this flow:
  1. Dispatch generated or accepted the work.
  2. Calendar received the assignment.
  3. Calendar scheduled it.
  4. Calendar locked the roster.
  5. My Flights received the locked flight.
If a step is missing, go back to that page.

I cannot apply to an airline

Common reasons:
  • You do not meet hour requirements.
  • You do not meet reputation requirements.
  • You already applied to the monthly limit.
  • You are applying to your current employer.
  • You have not been with your current employer long enough.
  • A rehire cooldown applies.

My offer disappeared

Offers can expire. Some timers begin after you open or acknowledge the offer. If the offer required an interview, training payment, or signature and the timer expired, the opportunity can close.

I cannot start training

Check:
  • You signed the training contract.
  • You have enough money for the pilot share.
  • You completed any required interview.
  • You selected a base if required.
  • No other Career lock is active.

I am grounded

Grounding can come from:
  • Failed line check.
  • Missed line check deadline.
  • Overdue medical check.
  • Compliance action.
  • Pending simulator recheck.
Open the notification or Career page that shows the grounding reason. It should explain the required fix.

My balance changed unexpectedly

Open Career Finance and review the ledger. Look for:
  • Payroll.
  • Taxes.
  • Living costs.
  • Union dues.
  • Loan payments.
  • Medical checks.
  • Property income.
  • Penalties.
  • Personal events.
  • Relocation or jumpseat cost.

I cannot fly the aircraft I want

Check:
  • Your type ratings.
  • Your active training family.
  • Your employer fleet.
  • The route aircraft family.
  • The contract you signed.
Career aircraft access is controlled by type ratings and company fleet, not just what you own or like to fly.

Offline flight score looks wrong

Offline mode depends on check-ins, debrief details, timing, plausibility, and trust. Make sure you completed the required check-ins and used UTC times. See Manual and Offline Mode.

Online tracking will not start

Check:
  • Simulator connection.
  • Supported simulator/plugin.
  • Aircraft on ground.
  • Near origin airport.
  • OFP or route data.
  • Correct active flight.

I moved airlines and lost pending flights

That can be expected. Changing employer, resigning, or being terminated can clear pending company flights because you no longer work for that airline.

I do not see promotions

Promotions require more than time. Check:
  • Hours.
  • Tenure.
  • Reputation.
  • Performance.
  • Airline tier requirements.
  • Active contract state.
  • Compliance status.
