Career Calendar

Career Calendar is the roster planning page. After Dispatch files assignments, Calendar is where you place them on dates and lock the roster.

What Calendar is for

Use Calendar to:
  • View accepted assignments.
  • Drag pending flights onto dates.
  • Auto assign editable flights.
  • Check scheduled flights.
  • Lock the roster.
  • Review completed flights.

Normal workflow

  1. File assignments from Dispatch.
  2. Open Calendar.
  3. Drag pending flights onto today or a future date.
  4. Use Auto Assign if you want FlyHub to distribute editable flights.
  5. Make sure each required flight has a date.
  6. Click Complete Roster.
  7. Open My Flights.
  8. Start the Career flights from My Flights.

Roster lock

Completing the roster locks the plan. Locked flights can move to Career My Flights and become flyable. After a roster is locked, assignments cannot always be rearranged. Check dates before confirming.

Date rules

  • You cannot place new assignments on past dates.
  • Locked assignments cannot be rearranged like editable assignments.
  • Calendar validates dispatch order before locking.
  • Some assignments must be flown in order.

On-time bonus

Career Calendar can show an on-time bonus rule. To earn the cash bonus, fly the assignment on the scheduled date. Flying off-schedule may still complete the flight, but it can forfeit the on-time bonus.

Common mistakes

  • Filing assignments from Dispatch and forgetting to open Calendar.
  • Dragging flights onto past dates.
  • Forgetting to click Complete Roster.
  • Expecting unlocked Calendar assignments to appear in My Flights.
  • Flying on the wrong date and losing the on-time bonus.
  • Trying to rearrange flights after they are locked.
