Airline access

Free Flight Mode supports both free and premium users. Free users can fly with five weekly rotating airlines and one monthly airline choice. The weekly rotation refreshes every Monday at 00:00 UTC. FlyHub selects five eligible airlines for free users, and users can also lock one extra airline for the current UTC month from the Dashboard. Premium unlocks all airlines and removes those airline rotation limits. See Pricing and Plans for the full free rotation and monthly choice explanation.

Tracking methods

Free Flight Mode supports both tracking methods.
Tracking styleUse it when
OnlineYou fly on PC with MSFS or X-Plane telemetry.
OfflineYou fly on console or want to enter the flight manually.
Online flights receive full telemetry-based scoring. Offline flights are manually completed and earn reduced XP. See Tracking Methods, Online Tracking, and Manual and Offline Mode for full guides.

How a normal Free Flight session works

  1. Open Schedules.
  2. Book a route or generate an itinerary.
  3. Open My Flights.
  4. Start the flight.
  5. Choose online or offline tracking.
  6. Fly the route.
  7. Close or finish the flight in FlyHub.
  8. Review the result in your logbook.

What does not apply to Career Mode

Some Free Flight guides are not Career Mode guides. Schedules, Calendar, free-tier airline rotation, normal bookings, and normal profile XP are Free Flight concepts. Career Mode has its own dispatch, assignments, progression, and Career save.
