FlyHub has two main plans: Cadet and Captain. Cadet is the free plan. Captain is the premium plan.

Plan prices

New Captain subscriptions are no longer sold. Eligible monthly and former monthly subscribers receive an account-specific loyalty offer; it cannot be combined with creator or personal codes. Sign in at Captain for Good to see your verified price. The promotion ends at midnight January 1, 2027 in Bogotá. Eligible annual subscribers receive permanent access through the annual conversion. Existing monthly renewals stop after a confirmed license upgrade or at the year-end cutoff; access to an already-paid period is preserved. VA Growth is a separate subscription and is not included with Captain.

Cadet is free. It includes the core FlyHub experience:

Captain is FlyHub Premium. It unlocks the full Free Flight experience and premium game modes:

Captain Discord role

Captain users can link their Discord account in FlyHub to receive the Captain role for access to premium channels and premium support. The role follows the account’s current license or paid-access status. FlyHub support is offered through Discord: Join the FlyHub Discord

What free users can do

Free users can use FlyHub without paying. In Free Flight Mode, free users can access:
  • Dashboard.
  • Schedules.
  • Calendar.
  • Tours.
Free users are limited to five weekly rotating airlines and one monthly personal airline.

Free airline rotation

The Cadet plan includes five weekly rotating airlines. These airlines are picked for the free tier and shown on your Dashboard. They are the airlines free users can book from during that week. The weekly rotation works like this:
  1. FlyHub selects five active schedulable airlines for free users.
  2. The selected airlines appear in the Dashboard free tier section.
  3. Free users can book schedules from those airlines.
  4. Airlines outside the rotation are locked for free users unless they are your monthly airline choice.
  5. The weekly rotation refreshes every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
The weekly airlines are selected randomly from eligible airlines. FlyHub tries to avoid repeating the same airlines from the current rotation when a new random rotation is generated. If a booked airline is no longer in your weekly rotation or monthly choice, FlyHub may remove pending flights from that locked airline.

Monthly airline choice

Cadet users also get one monthly airline choice. This lets you choose one extra airline for the current UTC month. That airline is added on top of the five weekly rotating airlines. Use it when:
  • You want access to a favorite airline that is not in the weekly rotation.
  • You want to keep flying one airline across the month.
  • You need one more airline option for your route plans.
Important rules:
  • You choose the monthly airline from the Dashboard.
  • The choice is locked for the current UTC month.
  • After it is locked, you cannot keep changing it during that same month.
  • When the next UTC month starts, you can choose again.
Example: if your weekly rotation has five airlines and you choose one monthly airline, you can book from six free-tier airlines during that period.

What premium users can do

Premium users get the full Captain feature set. In Free Flight Mode, premium users can access:
  • Dashboard.
  • Schedules.
  • VIP Ops.
  • Manual Flight.
  • Historical Routes.
  • Calendar.
  • Tours.
Premium also unlocks Career Mode, active and historical airlines, unrestricted scheduling, and priority support.

Changing or cancelling your plan

You can manage your plan from FlyHub settings.
  1. Open FlyHub.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to General.
  4. Select Manage Plan.
  5. Use the account page to view your license or manage an existing subscription.
Captain licenses have no renewal to cancel. After a monthly subscriber’s license payment is confirmed, FlyHub automatically stops renewal of their legacy monthly subscription, including Polar. Annual subscription cancellations are handled separately after verifying the permanent conversion.

Virtual Airlines

All authenticated users, including Free, can participate in Virtual Airlines. Free permits one non-closed airline; Premium permits three, including operating airlines. Existing airlines remain if Premium ends, but additional creation is limited. The shared airline/group roster includes 20 active members free. Growth is a separate USD 15/month plus tax airline subscription for a larger roster, not a personal Premium upgrade or per-pilot fee.
