Leaderboard

The Leaderboard shows the top Free Flight pilots in FlyHub. Use it to compare XP, flights, hours, average score, and rank progress with other pilots. This page is for the Free Flight Leaderboard. Career Mode has its own separate leaderboard.

Opening the Leaderboard

You can open the Leaderboard from Free Flight Mode. Common ways to get there:
  1. Open the Free Flight Dashboard.
  2. Use the Global Rankings preview or Quick Links.
  3. Open Leaderboard.
The Leaderboard opens as the Global Leaderboard page.

What the Leaderboard ranks

The Free Flight Leaderboard is ranked by total XP. Pilots with more total XP appear higher. The leaderboard can show:
  • Rank number.
  • Pilot name.
  • Profile picture or initials.
  • FlyHub rank title.
  • Premium badge when the pilot has Captain.
  • Total XP.
  • Total flights.
  • Total flight hours.
  • Average score.

Top 50 pilots

The main list shows the top 50 Free Flight pilots. If you are not in the top 50, you can still see your own position in the Your Rank section when you are logged in.

Top 3 podium

When you are viewing the normal leaderboard list, FlyHub highlights the top 3 pilots in a podium. The podium is a quick view of the highest-ranked pilots by XP. It does not replace the full top 50 list below it.

Your Rank section

The Your Rank section shows your personal leaderboard position. It can include:
  • Your global rank.
  • Your display name.
  • Your premium badge if you have Captain.
  • Your total XP.
  • Your total flights.
  • Your total hours.
  • Your average score.
This section is useful when you are outside the top 50, because the main list only shows the top 50 pilots.

Searching pilots

Use the search box to search by pilot display name. Search works inside the leaderboard list that is currently loaded. This means it is best for finding a pilot inside the top 50 list. It is not a full search of every FlyHub account.

Opening pilot profiles

You can click a pilot on the leaderboard to open their public profile. A public profile can show that pilot’s visible stats, rank progress, badges, and logbook information. Use the back button or the return link on the profile page to go back to the leaderboard.

How to climb the Leaderboard

To move up the Free Flight Leaderboard:
  1. Book and complete Free Flight flights.
  2. Earn XP from completed flights.
  3. Keep a strong average score.
  4. Avoid penalties that reduce flight results.
  5. Use online tracking when available for the most complete scoring.
  6. Use Manual and Offline Mode honestly when online tracking is not available.
Leaderboard XP comes from your FlyHub Free Flight profile. Career Mode progression is not mixed into this leaderboard.

When stats update

Leaderboard stats update after FlyHub processes completed flights. If you just completed a flight, the leaderboard may take a few minutes to refresh. This is normal. Check again after the flight result appears in your profile and logbook.

Profile pictures and initials

FlyHub may show profile pictures for the highest-ranked pilots. Some rows may show initials instead of a profile picture. This keeps the leaderboard fast and readable while still making the top positions easy to recognize.

Common questions

Why am I not in the top 50 list?

The main list only shows the top 50 pilots. Check the Your Rank section to see your own position.

Why did my rank not update right away?

Flight results and leaderboard data can take a few minutes to refresh. Complete the flight, wait for the result to appear in your profile, then check the leaderboard again.

Does Career Mode XP count here?

No. The Free Flight Leaderboard is separate from Career Mode.

Does offline tracking count?

Yes, completed offline flights can count toward your profile, but Manual and Offline Mode uses trust and plausibility checks and can award less XP than online telemetry. See Manual and Offline Mode for the full guide.

Why can I see a premium badge?

Pilots with the Captain plan can show a premium badge on leaderboard rows and profile areas.
