Problem
What to do
Virtual Airlines is missing from Home
Restart the desktop app and sign in again. Free and Premium accounts have access without an invitation or tester approval. If it is still missing, contact support with your app version and a screenshot.
Aircraft occupied or unavailable
Refresh Dispatch and choose another eligible aircraft or wait for the current reservation to end. Do not repeatedly book the same aircraft.
No demand or no eligible routes
Check the operating day in UTC, route availability, membership, aircraft access, and the current quote. Managers can review Market and Network; adding a schedule does not create demand.
Flight rejected
Read the flight result and applicable airline requirements. Keep the flight identifier and evidence if requesting review. Starting another tracking session does not reverse rejection.
Interrupted or pending flight
Open the same operation in My Flights and use its recovery action. Preserve local recovery files; do not delete the reservation or reinstall to force settlement.
Reservation appears blocked
Check its expiry, aircraft availability, and whether another flight or recovery is active. Contact support if the state persists; avoid duplicate bookings.
Application pending
Check Inbox and the airline’s admissions policy. A pending application does not grant access to bookings.
Suspended pilot or airline
Read the reason shown. Ask the airline’s authorized staff about membership restrictions; contact FlyHub privately about platform restrictions or an administration dispute. Paying Growth does not remove moderation sanctions.
Payment pending
Return to Ownership and allow confirmation to finish, then reload. Check the receipt and portal. Do not repeat checkout or share payment secrets.
Roster at 20
Existing operation remains free. Growth is needed to admit the next active pilot.
Roster above 20 after coverage ends
The owner can restore payment or resolve the active roster. Existing records and accepted bookings are retained under their normal rules.
Use the official Discord community for general help. Send billing, privacy, payment-account, and ownership disputes privately to admin@flyhub.app. FlyHub Support, operated by Sebastián Martínez M, handles these escalations.Include your account email only in the private request, airline name/ICAO, flight or reservation identifier, UTC time, app version, steps taken, and a redacted screenshot. For billing, include the receipt or transaction reference. Never send a password, full card number, API key, Discord webhook URL, or recovery token.Staff may ask for evidence and verify the relevant account before taking action. A request does not guarantee a flight-result change, payment refund, ownership transfer, or restoration of a retired airline.
