Airline Profile: Overview

An airline profile is the public-facing home for a Virtual Airline. Open it from Airlines, from a Dashboard assignment, or from the Find Airlines directory.

What you can see

The header can include:
  • airline name, short name, ICAO code, and callsign;
  • country and home base;
  • active pilot count and fleet size;
  • your role, such as member or visitor;
  • the airline’s published home page or summary.
Use the profile tabs to explore Flights, Fleet, Pilots, Network, and Tours and Awards.

Profile actions

  • My airlines returns to your membership list.
  • Contact management opens the Inbox when a management mailbox is available.
  • Manage airline appears when you have management access.
  • Leave airline starts the membership-leaving flow. Leaving is blocked while you have open or reserved flights with the airline.
Authorized managers can upload and reposition the profile banner. Visitors can read the profile without joining the airline, but joining, booking, and management actions use separate permission checks.

Groups and operating airlines

An operating airline that belongs to a group may redirect to the group’s flagship profile. The group can share the employer presentation, pilot roster, policies, and public content while each operating airline keeps its own aircraft, routes, and schedules.

If the profile is unavailable

The profile can fail as a whole if one of its supporting sections cannot load. Return to My airlines or reload the page. A missing secondary section does not necessarily mean that the airline closed or changed its membership rules.
