Manage Airline: Network

Use Airline management → Network to create and manage route schedules. This is different from the public profile’s Network tab, which is view-only.

Open Network

  1. Open an active airline from Airlines.
  2. Open its profile and select Manage airline.
  3. Select Network.
In a group, choose an Operating airline when the selector is available. Schedules and fleet belong to the selected operating airline; airports and funds can be shared by the group. Network access is available to Owners, Managers, Operations, Schedules Managers, and Network Planners according to their assigned access. Creating or editing schedules requires schedule-management access. Opening a new route also requires route and financial access.

Network summary and schedule list

The summary can show available balance, active schedules, completed flights, gross revenue, and net result. Each schedule can show:
  • flight number and state;
  • origin, destination, and distance;
  • passenger or cargo type;
  • operating days;
  • eligible aircraft;
  • estimated duration;
  • completed flights and gross revenue.
Search by flight number or airport. Filter current schedules, active schedules, suspended schedules, the retired archive, or all available records. Sort by completed flights or gross revenue and use the page controls to browse more results. Select a schedule to open its details, including operating days, duration range, daily operating cost, eligible aircraft, completed results, and flights that are available, claimed, or in progress.

Create or edit a schedule

  1. Select New schedule or choose Edit on an existing schedule.
  2. Select different origin and destination airports that are active in the group’s network.
  3. Choose passenger or cargo.
  4. Set the flight-number suffix and operating days.
  5. Choose aircraft types, categories, sizes, or dynamic inclusions and exclusions.
  6. Review the duration and cost estimate.
  7. Save the schedule.
Before saving, FlyHub checks the airports, days, aircraft eligibility, airline state, number format, distance, and duration. The saved duration is recalculated from the current operating rules. Schedules with open flights cannot be edited until those flights are resolved.

Aircraft eligibility

Passenger aircraft can serve passenger schedules, cargo aircraft can serve cargo schedules, and Combi aircraft can support both. A type marked Other is not usable until it has a valid classification. You can select concrete types or use dynamic rules based on category, size, and type. Dynamic rules can include matching aircraft added to the fleet later. If no active aircraft are eligible, add or configure an eligible aircraft in Fleet before saving.

Route cost and lifecycle

An existing origin–destination–operation combination can be reused. A suspended route may be reopened when you have route access. Opening a new route requires sufficient group funds and the required route and finance access; FlyHub charges the current opening fee when it creates the route. Schedules can be Active, Suspended, or Retired.
  • Suspend stops new operations and cancels unclaimed upcoming flights. Claimed flights continue.
  • Enable reactivates a suspended schedule when the airline, route, airports, and aircraft remain valid.
  • Retire permanently archives the schedule and cannot be undone. It is blocked while flights are claimed or in progress.
  • Delete removes the schedule and future unclaimed inventory while preserving completed flights and logbook records.

Import and export

Export downloads a CSV of non-retired schedules, including dynamic rules and duration information. Import accepts FlyHub and Newsky CSV files. The page validates the complete file and shows a preview before you confirm. The import replaces the selected operating airline’s current schedules, preserves existing reservations and completed history, and removes future unclaimed inventory from schedules being replaced. It does not change other operating airlines. The import dialog validates the file before applying it. Follow the size and schedule limits shown in the dialog, and review the preview before confirming the replacement.

Limits and recovery

The schedule list starts with 25 rows per page and supports larger page sizes within the page’s controls. Both airports must be active in the shared network. A schedule must have at least one operating day and one eligible aircraft. If Network is empty, use New schedule after configuring Airports and Fleet. If a schedule cannot be saved, check the airport pair, operating days, aircraft eligibility, permissions, available balance, and open flights. If a load or update fails, refresh the page and reopen the section. Imports, retirement, and deletion do not have an undo action. The public profile Network map cannot create or edit schedules. Use this management page for those actions.
