Airlines

The Airlines page is your personal directory of Virtual Airlines. It shows airlines where you are a member and airlines where you have management access.

Membership cards

Each card can show the airline logo, full name, short name, ICAO code, callsign, home base, country, status, rank, and any group relationship.
  • Active memberships can be opened and used for VA operations.
  • Pending memberships are waiting for an airline decision or an admission step.
  • Suspended memberships remain visible but cannot be used for normal airline actions.
Select an active airline to open its public profile. If you have management access, the profile also offers Manage airline.

Create an airline

If your account has capacity, the page offers the option to create an airline. The setup flow asks for identity and rules, fleet, economy, operating settings, operating policy, and a final review. The current limits include:
  • Up to one non-closed airline on a free account.
  • Up to three non-closed airlines for Premium accounts or administrators.
  • Up to ten aircraft during the initial creation flow.
  • An initial capital balance of FH$10,000,000.
  • A minimum aircraft lease period of 30 days.
  • PNG, JPEG, or WebP logos up to 5 MiB.
An ICAO code that represents a real airline may require approval. Do not use a code you do not control or one already in use.

Leave an airline

Use Leave airline from the airline profile when you are sure you want to end your membership. FlyHub asks you to confirm. Leaving is blocked while you have open or reserved flights with that airline. Completed history is preserved, but you cannot use the airline’s operations again until you join it again.

Groups

Some airlines belong to a group. A group may share a public employer profile, pilot roster, policies, and some member-facing content while keeping the operating airlines’ identity, aircraft, routes, and schedules separate. The page indicates the relationship when it is available.

Loading and empty states

If you have no active membership, use Find Airlines to browse the directory. Pending and suspended memberships may remain visible so you can understand your current relationship, but they are not the same as an active membership. The page does not continuously refresh membership changes. Reload it after an airline manager makes a decision.

Choose with the full picture

Your membership determines which aircraft, routes, rules, and management actions you can use, but it does not guarantee that every flight will be profitable or available. Before joining, compare the airline’s public profile and read Airline Reputation and Progression so you know what reputation means and what it does not promise. New managers should also read How Virtual Airlines Works and Virtual Airlines Economy and Ticket Pricing before spending opening capital.
