All airlines include 20 active members without Growth. The owner counts when active; pending applications and inactive memberships do not. Growth is a flat monthly subscription, not a per-pilot charge. Personal Premium and Growth do not replace each other. Explicitly exempt and system airlines follow their assigned plan.

Groups

The flagship holds the shared subscription and roster. Operating airlines use that coverage; they do not receive a separate allowance of 20 or incur another Growth charge. Each still counts toward the owner’s limit of one Free or three Premium non-closed airlines.

Checkout and cancellation

The owner opens Manage airline → Ownership to start Growth or open the billing portal. New purchases use Paddle. Review the currency, applicable taxes, recurring monthly total, and cancellation terms displayed before paying. Existing subscriptions linked to another supported provider retain their provider’s management path. Use the billing portal to manage payment details and cancellation. If it belongs to a different payer or the portal cannot be opened, contact FlyHub Support. Do not start another subscription while confirmation is pending. A scheduled cancellation retains coverage until the effective end of the active period. Overdue payments have seven days of grace. Paused, ended, or refunded subscriptions do not provide capacity above the free limit. The dates and status in Ownership show your current coverage.

What remains after Growth ends

At 20 active pilots or fewer, free operation remains available. Above 20 without coverage, new reservations and admissions are blocked; billing reconciliation can suspend operations until payment or roster capacity is resolved. Members, pending applications, balances, reputation, completed history, and existing reservations are preserved. Accepted reservations continue under normal flight, membership, recovery, expiry, and safety rules. An itinerary without a reservation is not an accepted booking. Nobody is automatically expelled to reduce the roster. Restoring coverage or reducing the active roster to 20 or fewer can restore billing-suspended operations. Separate moderation restrictions are unaffected. Ending personal Premium also preserves existing airlines; only additional creation is limited. Retiring an airline is a separate, permanent action with an explicit impact summary. It is not required to cancel Growth. See Ownership and terms.
